 Monitoring the BAR Code of Practice 

 

To help maintain standards and ensure compliance with Code of Practice BAR requires consumer satisfaction to be regularly and independently monitored.

 

BAR has appointed Referenceline to carry out this independent monitoring and the results are fed back to the remover as valuable management and benchmarking information and published on the web to help consumers make informed decisions about their choice of remover.

 

Results so far show that 96% of consumers responding to the survey would recommend their BAR member.
